Why Equivance exists

Under pressure, one person’s stress or frustration can spread through a whole team. Dr. Ronald J. Wellman’s doctoral research asked how leaders can keep that from happening. The Five EQSteps grew out of that question, and Equivance exists to bring it to the teams that need it most.
